At TLEA we value our local communities and recognise the role we play in supporting them to ensure they benefit from our presence in the region. So, wherever we go, we aim to invest back into the communities that support us.

TLEA will continue to fund programs that provide direct benefits to local people, with a focus on improved educational and job opportunities. We achieve this by encouraging students in science-related fields; investing in the performing arts; and contributing to sports programs that create a sense of belonging, build confidence, and develop leadership among young women in the Kwinana community.
