FRANK HA

Director & CEO - Tianqi Lithium Corporation

Frank Chun Shing Ha is a Director of TLEA and is responsible for the overall and day-to-day management of the company. Mr Ha holds a master’s degree in core business management from MCI Management Centre Innsbruck, Austria (2007), an MBA/EMBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong Business School, and a master’s in engineering management from the University of Technology Sydney, Australia. He is currently a PhD candidate in enterprise management at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics since 2021.

Director

With a distinguished career in finance and accounting, Szetoo has held leadership roles at Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Veolia Asia, and Zhongming Environmental Group, and is now the Senior Director of Sales and Futures at Tianqi Lithium Corporation. In his role, Szetoo applies his expertise in corporate financial management, sales, futures trading, strategic planning, and corporate governance to drive growth and improve financial performance.

Director and Managing Director & CEO – IGO Limited

Ivan Vella Managing Director and CEO of IGO Limited, has over 25 years of mining industry experience, primarily from his tenure at Rio Tinto. His expertise includes iron ore, copper, coal, aluminium, and battery metals, with global leadership experience. He previously served as Chief Executive of Aluminium at Rio Tinto and Managing Director of rail, ports, and infrastructure in Western Australia. Ivan is dedicated to the energy transition, growing TLEA, and building partnerships with Traditional Owners, communities, governments, and industry stakeholders.

Brett Salt, BCom Economics and Commercial Law, joined IGO in 2024 as Chief Growth and Commercial Officer. Brett has extensive executive and non-executive experience in both listed and private business across the resources, commodities and infrastructure sectors. With over 25 years’ experience, Brett has exceptional skills in global product sales and marketing, corporate development and strategy, as well as deep connections into China and other key global commodity markets.
